There are always so many excellent travel posts from the BritMums community and beyond that it’s difficult to choose only a small number for my monthly round-up. I try, as often as I can, to abandon a theme and share a larger number of posts from the UK and overseas, from budget days out to luxury holidays.
This is one of those months. There’s plenty here to whet your appetite for a jaunt, whether it’s choosing a family activity in my home county of Lincolnshire or finding the perfect accommodation in Florida. Sit back, grab yourself a cuppa and a biscuit and enjoy a little armchair travel.

This month there are ideas about what to see in London plus fascinating insights into St Petersburg and Helsinki. All BritMums members are invited to join the group and share their thoughts: you can find the group via the community page when you sign in.
As always, I will be keeping my eye out for great travel posts for next month’s round-up. If you would like to be featured, tweet me @mumsgoneto or via the contact details on my blog Mum’s Gone To…
